Fig Salad
Peak season figs are spectacular on their own, but serving them alongside milky, buttery burrata and greens adds an indulgent touch to your salad game. If you are after an impressive yet effortless salad this one is for you!
Ingredients
- 100g Burrata cheese
- 2 fresh figs, quartered
- 2 large handful of salad mix
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil, to serve
Instructions
- Cut figs into small quartered pieces
- Break apart the burrata into bite sized pieces
- Add salad mixture into a large plate/bowl and mix well
- Add burrata and figs making sure everthing is evenly distributed
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Add fresh basil leaves
